We study quantum localization-delocalization phase transitions in complex optical fiber networks with different topology, characterized by homogeneous and scale-free degree distributions and different levels of clustering (frequency of triadic closure). We find that strong clustering induces a transition to a localized optical phase similar to the Anderson transition induced by disorder in electronic quantum systems and determine the corresponding phase diagramms. Clustering in complex networks represents an additional degree of freedom that is comparable with dimensionality in lattices.
