Either Master or PhD course of a Taiwanese uni consists generally in two parts: 1. At least one conf., SCI or SSCI paper is to be accepted or published; 2. To be successful with one’s own dissertation in written form and disputation. Internet becomes a very important and efficient resource to find every kind of infos, and superial as soon as a friend found is specialised with certain topic(s), considering sexual-exchange for doing the credits of Master or PhD course, to write conf., SCI or SSCI papers, e. g., X Lecturer of JWIT visiting a PhD course of GIIBA of PCCU. Besides the regular exchange, ca. NT5000 will be collected for each No-dqextraNo-dq and No-dqintensifiedNo-dq No-dqserviceNo-dq. To write an exam for honorarium ca. NT10000, becomes one of the occupational branches. To judge the quality of a Master or PhD work, whether it has been done by the candidate her/himself, to control and keep the reputation of the research group or educational inst. become nearly impossible. There is no strategy even for the open promotion process. A software combined with Internet may be helpful, to look into how many parts, even ideas are not originated by the candidate personally.
