BFKL-equation and the 2 to 4 reggeon transition vertex from the effective action — •Martin Hentschinski — II. Institut für Theoretische Physik, Universität Hamburg, Luruper Chaussee 149, D-22761 Hamburg, Germany
Starting from Lipatov's gauge invariant effective action for high energy processes in QCD we present a derivation of the BFKL-kernel in momentum space. Furthermore we address the question of reggeon transition vertices which are needed for the unitarisation of the BFKL-pomeron. In particular we attempt a derivation of the 2 to 4 reggeon transition vertex from the effective action.
