A status report on the ongoing development of an MC@NLO for heavy quark production at lepton-hadron collisions is given. When constructing an MC@NLO the real emissions produced by the next to leading order matrix element has to be matched with the parton showers of the Monte Carlo in order to avoid double counting. Preliminary results will be shown.
