Using the Seiberg-Witten map expanded to first order in the parameter θ^µν, we calculate the production cross section for polarized W⁺W⁻-pairs in quark-antiquark-collisions in the noncommutative extension of the standard model. We construct observables and, using a Monte-Carlo eventgenerator, estimate the sensitivity of this channel at the LHC to a possible noncommutative structure of spacetime.
