Monte Carlo Alignment studies using the Millepede1 package are presented. The approach computes the alignment parameters in one step. These parameters are obtained by inverting one huge matrix containing all degrees of freedom of the studied problem. Options of how to constrain the alignment procedure are discussed. Results for the achieved alignment resolution are presented.
