The relative alignment of the Inner and Outer Tracker performed using Millepede 1) based approach is presented. This talk is focused on the boundary conditions imposed on the alignment. The use of constrains and their impact on the alignment procedure are discussed. Additionally the treatment of the non-linearities, e.g. due to rotations, is shown. Alignment results obtained on all degrees of freedom are presented.\\ 1) based on Fortran code develop by V. Blobel, University of Hamburg
