We employ spin noise spectroscopy [1] to examine the intrinsic spin lifetime of electrons bound to phosphorus donors in isotopically pure 28Si at low temperatures. The up to now reported spin lifetime of these electrons are already extremely long but no measurement of the intrinsic lifetime has been undertaken yet. In addition we will measure the ultra narrow exciton transition lines in 28Si. These transition lines scale with the isotopical purity of the sample and should be according to calculations as small as 100 neV in the studied Silicon.
