Particle Interpretations of the ALPS experiment — •Javier Redondo — DESY Hamburg

The ALPS collaboration at DESY Hamburg runs a "light shining through walls" experiment that has recently produced its first results.

The absence of photon regeneration allows us to constraint hypothetical low mass particles that arise in general extensions of the standard model such as axion-like particles, hidden photons and millicharged particles.
