We present measurements on a structure consisting of two quantum dots connected via an open conducting region, in Kondo regime. The sample is created by Local Anodic Oxidation with an AFM on a GaAs/AlGaAs heterostructure with a 2DEG 37nm beneath the surface. The measurements have been performed with the standard lock-in technique, in a dilution refrigerator, at about 200 mK electron temperature. At finite magnetic fields both dots exibit the so-called Kondo chessboard pattern and we investigate the effective interaction between the dots as a function of edge states direction and tunnel coupling to the central region.
