We present magnetic measurements of a trinuclear copper II complex based on triaminoguanidin (TAG): [Cu3(bipy)3(HTAG)](ClO4). A home-made micro-Hall-bar magnetometer and a commercial SQUID magnetometer were used to perform angle-resolved single crystal measurements. As the triangular structure of the complex suggests, we can conclude from our measurements, that we deal with a spin-frustrated system. Following a proposal of Trif et al.1 we investigated the magnetization under high electric fields.
