Ionization and charge transfer processes in ion-atom collisions are studied fully momentum resolved with a Reaction Microscope, which is implemented into the ion storage ring TSR at MPIK. The low emittance and high intensity of the ion beam allows to obtain even fully differential spectra of processes with small cross sections. By measurements of double ionization of helium, analysed by means of four-particle Dalitz plots, the significance of electron-electron correllation was studied over a broad range of perturbations. For studying Radiative Electron Capture (REC), a detector dedicated to measure low energy X-ray photons is implemented into the Reaction Microscope. REC is the dominant capture process in collisions of atoms and highly charged ions at high velocities. As it can be seen as the inverse process, REC data can provide information of atomic photo-ionization with high-energy photons in the strong-field domain. We aim at first kinematically complete measurements of REC, first results will be presented.
