We present quantum-mechanical studies on above-threshold ionization of H2+ and molecules with three atoms (H32+) in two dimensions, varying their orientation relative to the laser polarization. Signatures of interfering emissions from the molecular centers are found in the angular resolved photoelectron momentum distribution. These structures are reproduced by an eikonal model and they deviate from a simple double-slit model, which ignores the electron-ion interaction. No clear signatures of interference are found in the electron energy spectrum.
