At the ATLAS experiment a variety of tagging algorithms have been developed for the identification of heavy flavor particle jets. In this talk selected tagging algorithms will be introduced and results of the calibration of their efficiency and rejection rates will be presented. The focus will be on the calibration of the b-tagging efficiency with the p_T^rel-method.
