Scattering amplitudes in N=4 super Yang-Mills — •Johannes Henn — Humboldt University, Berlin, Germany

In this talk I review recent developments in our understanding of planar scattering amplitudes in N=4 super Yang Mills. In certain cases, analytical results valid for any number and type of external particles, or any number of loops can be obtained. I present some of the ideas and methods underlying these advances, and comment on possible applications to other theories.
