We study zero-lag and cluster synchronization on delay-coupled neural networks,
considering simple network motifs and small-world networks of FitzHugh-Nagumo models.
We systematically investigate the influence of the network topology and the initial
conditions on the dynamical synchronization patterns. In addition, the
desynchronization transition induced by additional inhibitory links [1] is
discussed.
