We present self-consistent RKKY calculations of the critical temperatures of the antiferromagnetic phases within the pure Kondo-lattice model (sc and fcc lattices). Extending the results to chemical and magnetic disorder, we are able to calculate the phases of the concentrated spin system Eu1−xGdxS which agree well with the experiment. This substance also shows a spin-glass phase whose origin is briefly discussed from a proposed microscopic principle.
