NLO-QCD corrections to WZ and Wγ-production — •Johannes Bellm — TP , KIT-Karlsruhe
The SM-processes qq → WZ and qq → Wγ are sensitive to anomalies in triple gauge boson couplings. Measuring them can provide hints of BSM-physics or give evidence that the SM is a gauge theory with minimal couplings. Since both processes have large K-factors, the calculation of at least NLO corrections are necessary. They were implemented in VBFNLO with full leptonic decays and full finite width effects. In the talk I will discuss some possible observables to measure the anomalous triple gauge boson couplings, with and without a jet veto, and compare estimates of their theoretical uncertainties.
