Single top-quark production in the Wt channel is the second most important production channel at the LHC. In this talk a search for this channel decaying into a single charged lepton and jets is introduced. With an expected cross-section of 16 pb the Wt channel has a substantial lower rate than tt quark pair production. Additionally it suffers from strong backgrounds - mainly tt and W+jets. To discriminate between signal and background a neural network is used. Several studies have been investigated, for example training of the network using three different working points corresponding to 60%, 70% and 80% b-tagging efficiency and comparison of their performance.
