The CMS Experiment is one of the two large Experiments at the LHC designed for the exploration of the electroweak Symmetry Breaking mechanism and the search for new physics. The decay channel into a pair of τ leptons is one of the most promising for searches for neutral Higgs Bosons of both the Standard Model and the Minimal Supersymmetric Extension of the Standard Model (MSSM). The study is performed in the decay channel H→ττ→µµ using all the data recorded in 2011 with the CMS detector, at center-of-mass energy 7 TeV, that correspond to total luminosity of 5 pb−1. We present a multivariate analysis technique and data driven methods for background evaluation. In addition statistical interpretation of the results is performed and limits are set to the Higgs production cross-section.
