The ANEMONE Pixel Telescope - Setup and First Results — •Thomas Eichhorn — DESY
The ANEMONE pixel telescope is an extended copy of the original EUDET beam telescope. It consists of six planes of monolithic active pixel sensors, achieving a spatial resolution of under 3 µ m. Cooling, positioning and read-out infrastructure is included. The telescope provides a flexible and general purpose testing environment for various sensor technologies.
In this talk the telescope hardware setup and the data aquisition system will be described, followed by first results and measurements of sensors with the DESY electron test beam. The ongoing work at DESY will be presented and an oulook concerning future activities will be given.
