We present techniques to identify molecular states in the spectrum of hadrons. As an example we study the bottomonia states Zb(10610) and Zb(10650) which have recently been discovered in the Υ(5S)→π+π−hb and Υ(5S)→π+π−Υ(nS) decays. Their masses are located very close to the BB and B*B* thresholds. It will be shown that the assumption that the Zb(10610) and Zb(10650) are BB*+c.c. and B*B* bound states, respectively, with very small binding energies is consistent with the data.
