Investigation of ω → π⁰π⁺π⁻ in p-p Collisions — •Siddhesh Sawant — Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, Mumbai, India

The decay mechanism of the ω meson into π⁰π⁺π⁻ can be investigated by comparing the experimentally obtained Dalitz plot with that of theoretical predictions. In order to obtain a high-statistics Dalitz plot, ω mesons are produced in proton beam – proton target collisions at T_p=2.063 GeV and in proton beam – deuteron target collisions at T_p=1.45 GeV and 1.5 GeV at the WASA-at-COSY facility. The poster presents the current status of the analysis with pp collision data.
