We have performed a kinematically complete experiment of single ionization of optically trapped and cooled lithium by 1.5 MeV/amu O8+. In comparison to prior work, the overall experimental resolution was drastically improved. As a result, it is possible to resolve ionization from the different energey shells (n=1 & n=2). Furthermore, from the higher order differential data, one can see clear difference between the emitted electron energy, momentum transfer, and other quantities depending on the initial state. Double and fully differential cross sections will be presented. This represents the first direct and simultaneous comparison between such data for inner and outer shell ionization.
