SUSY searches with the HEPTopTagger — •Maddalena Giulini, Christoph Anders, Sebastian Schätzel, and Andrè Schöning — Physikalisches Institut der Universität Heidelberg
Many SUSY searches involve the presence of real or virtual stop quarks which decay to top quarks. The significance of these searches can be improved by requiring a reconstructed top quark candidate in each event.
The HEPTopTagger is an algorithm that identifies hadronically decaying top quarks. We present results of its application in a search for pair-produced gluinos, each of which decays to a neutralino and two tops.
