We establish high-order series expansions as a powerful tool to study topologically-ordered quantum systems. In recent years, this has been demonstrated for various magnetic models including the toric code in an external magnetic field. The main focus of these studies were the determination of the zero-temperature phase diagram which demands to pinpoint and to characterize topological phase transitions. To this end the calculation of zero- and one-quasi-particle properties is essential. Here we study for the first time two-quasi-particle properties for the perturbed toric code. We identify bound states, formed by interacting anyons and determine dynamical correlation functions.
