Measurement of higher mass states of B→ Xuℓν with the Belle detector — •Cesar Beleno and Ariane Frey for the Belle collaboration — Göttingen Universität
Semileptonic decays of B mesons are the most feasible way for measuring the CKM matrix element |Vub|. One approach for extracting this element is using exclusive analysis in which a particular channel is reconstructed. Up to date the most precise measurement of this element is coming from B→πℓν. However, the dominant systematic errors for this measurement stem from uncertainties in the knowledge of branching ratios and form factors of other exclusive charmless semileptonic decays. In this analysis we performed a spectroscopy study of semileptonic decays with the final state meson decaying in two hadrons, π or K. This measurement is based on a data sample of 772 million BB pairs, collected by the Belle detector at KEKB.
