ATLAS Pixel Insertable B-Layer Stave testing — •Timon Heim1,2, Peter Maettig1, and Heinz Pernegger21Bergische Universitaet Wuppertal, Wuppertal, Deutschland — 2CERN, Genf, Schweiz

The Insertable B-Layer (IBL) will be added to the current ATLAS Pixel Detector as an additional innermost layer. It will be integrated into the Pixel Detector in summer 2014, while the Long Shutdown 1 of the LHC is still ongoing. The IBL will consist of 14 Staves, each being a carbon cooling and support structure with the newest planar and 3D sensor technology, bump bonded to an FE-I4 type front end readout chip. The sensor modules are mounted onto the support structure at the University of Geneva and then delivered to CERN, where they undergo an extended testing procedure. The Stave testing setup and procedure will be presented and the latest results of the Stave performance will be shown.
