One of the goals of the IceCube Neutrino Observatory is the observation of high-energy neutrinos that may be connected with cosmic-rays acceleration sites. Active Galactic Nuclei (AGN) are among the best candidates for sources of high energy cosmic-rays. This sources exhibit extreme variability of their electromagnetic emission over time. High-energy neutrino emission may manifest the same kind of variability if hadronic interactions are taking place in the AGN relativistic jet. This aspect can be used to optimize searches in time-dependent analysis. Here we present a method to search for multiple neutrino flares from AGNs (in particular Flat Spectrum Radio Quasars and BL-Lacs) selected from 2nd Fermi-LAT AGN catalog. The search method does not rely on the detailed knowledge of the electromagnetic light-curves at a given wavelength as considered in other IceCube searches. In adittion selected sources are grouped in categories defined by AGN classes and a time-dependent stacking analysis is performed. We present the potential of this searches and results obtained using one year of IceCube data in its complete 86-string configuration (IC86).
