HappyFace-progress and future development for the ATLAS experiment — Gen Kawamura, Erekle Magradze, •Haykuhi Musheghyan, Jordi Nadal, Arnulf Quadt, and Gerhard Rzehorz for the ATLAS collaboration — II. Physikalisches Institut, Georg-August-Universitat
Nowadays, the HappyFace project aggregates, processes and stores information from different grid monitoring resources as well as from the grid system itself into the common database and displays status information through a single interface. The new implementation and architecture of HappyFace, the so-called grid-enabled HappyFace, provides direct access to the grid infrastructure. Different grid-enabled modules, to view datasets of the ATLAS Distributed Data Management system (DDM), to connect to the Ganga job monitoring system and to check the performance of grid transfers among the grid sites have been implemented. The new HappyFace system has been successfully integrated. It now displays the information and the status of both the monitoring resources and the direct access to the grid user applications and the grid collective services in the ATLAS computing system.
