Although superoscillations are a well known phenomena [1], the impact on a nonlinearly photoexcited two-level system (TLS) was only recently investigated by Baranov et al. [2]. Here, the excitation
with different electric fields is studied. Among other things we show that the TLS can be excited by off-resonant superoscillations.
Furthermore, parameters are numerically obtained, for which a maximum population inversion is observed.
