Antiperovskite compounds have recently been predicted to host bulk three-dimensional Dirac dispersion as well as surface states protected by crystal symmetry. We present fabrication of cubic antiperovskite Sr3PbO films, which has six Dirac points along high-symmetry momentum axes. Films were grown epitaxially on LaAlO3 substrates by molecular beam epitaxy and capped with polymer to facilitate ex-situ transport characterization. All of the films showed metallic temperature dependence. The Hall effect measurement suggests that the carrier type is hole, with density between 1019 - 1020 cm−3. We will describe our ongoing effort to tune the Fermi energy close to the Dirac point, as well as detail of the low temperature magnetotransport.
