The properties of ferroeletric domains are of great interest in modern research. In the case of LiNbO3 mainly domain walls (DWs) with inclination angles of 180∘, as well as head-to-head DWs, are investigated. For a deeper understanding of the properties of DWs it is necessary to study DWs that exhibit other inclination angles α. The electrical conductivity of a DW is expected to be dependent on α. Therefore, one must find techniques for a controlled creation of DWs with various inclination angles.
