Sufficient conditions for the existence of solutions for two phase flow in porous media — •Pradeep Kumar, Rouven Steinle, Tillmann Kleiner, and Rudolf Hilfer — Institute for Computational Physics, University of Stuttgart, Germany
In this talk, we consider a jump-type hysteresis model for two phase flow in porous media. It is shown that, after abstract formulation of the hysteresis model into a Cauchy problem on a Hilbert space X=L2(0, 1), the solutions of the corresponding model are governed by an analytic semigroup defined on X.
