We investigated a Co/CoOx/Cu41Ni59/Nb/Cu41Ni59 nanolayered heterostructure, which shows a superconducting transition temperature depending on the magnetic history of the sample. The observed magnetic random access memory (MRAM) element functionality arises from the triplet spin-valve effect, caused by the long-range odd-in-frequency triplet component of superconductivity, obtained at non-collinear relative orientation of ferromagnetic layers. In the present study, we investigate the structural and magnetic properties applying cross-sectional TEM analysis, SQUID magnetometry, FMR spectroscopy and Polarized Neutron Reflectometry (PNR).
