Color center in high band gab material, such as diamond, appeared as important and valuable quantum systems for emerging quantum technologies [1]. Engineered diamond materials are demanded for future quantum optics and quantum sensing applications. Preserving optical properties like narrow linewidth and spectral stability in thin membranes is a major task. We investigate in thin diamonds membranes the spectral properties of color centers at low temperature.
