Search for supersymmetry in final states with an isolated lepton and a Higgs boson with the ATLAS detector — •Danijela Bogavac and Jeanette Miriam Lorenz — LMU München Am Coulombwall 1, DE-85748 Garching
Supersymmetry (SUSY) is a well-established extension of the Standard Model that solves some of its shortcomings and predicts the existence of new particles. This talk presents a search for supersymmetric particles decaying into final states with one isolated lepton (e or µ), jets and large missing transverse energy. The search is performed with 36.5 fb−1 proton-proton collision dataset at √s = 13 TeV collected in 2015 and 2016 by the ATLAS detector at the Large Hadron Collider at CERN. Additional simplified models with a Higgs boson will be shown and methods using fat jets and Higgs-boson tagging will be discussed.
