We explore the discovery potential of triple-Higgs signals via 2b2l±4j+E decay channel at a 100 TeV hadron collider and compare it with single and double Higgs productions. In the SM, the parton level analysis shows that the backgrounds of this channel can be reduced efficiently and a good significance can be obtained. After considering the possible parton shower and detector effect, however, we find that significance is decreased to 0.02. To observe the triple-Higgs production at a 100 TeV without beyond the standard model new physics, a detector with extreme good ability on jets reconstruction and leptons isolation is necessary. New dimension-6 effective operators can largely increase the cross section and/or modify the kinematics of the Higgs bosons in the final states.
