From theoretical physics to product management — •Susanne Kränkl — Giesecke+Devrient

After my PHD in theoretical physics I briefly worked for a consulting company before joining the Giesecke+Devrient trainee program. Within this program I had the chance to work in four different areas which included hot topics like digital currencies and a stay abroad in Dubai for half a year. I want to tell you about interesting positions for physicists in industry and how the trainee program helped me to find my new position as product manager for innovations and business development.
