We study the geodesic motion of test particles and light for the Reissner-Nordström (anti-)de Sitter black hole surrounded by different kinds of regular and exotic matter fields. We use effective potentials and parametric diagrams to analyze the possible orbit types for each matter field separately. The solution of the geodesic equations can be formulated in terms of hyperelleptic functions. Furthermore we present a list of all possible orbit types.
