Magnetic Weyl semimetals with broken time-reversal symmetry show exotic transport properties, due to the Weyl points and the associated large Berry curvature in their electronic structure [1]. Therefore, the anomalous Hall effect is expected to be large, and due to the intrinsic contribution that derives from the net Berry curvature. Here, we present the thickness dependence of the structural, magnetic, and transport properties of thin films in the magnetic Weyl semimetal Co2MnGa. We find a large anomalous Hall conductivity and anomalous Hall angle up to 1187 Ω−1cm−1 and 13%, respectively, which is an order of magnitude larger than typical magnetic systems.
