We present measurements on the inter-orbital interactions between 1S0 ground state and 3P0 metastable state atoms in different fermionic Ytterbium mixtures. We use clock transition spectroscopy in a three-dimensional optical lattice to determine the s-wave scattering lengths. Our first set of measurements is on the spin-exchange interaction of the fermionic Isotope 171Yb. The interaction is antiferromagnetic, which makes 171Yb a promising candidate for the quantum simulation of the Kondo lattice model. Our second set of measurements is on inter-orbital interactions in an SU(2) × SU(6) fermionic mixture of 171Yb and 173Yb. We measure the different interaction strengths and show its SU(N) symmetry.
