Towards a strontium based Ramsey-Bordé optical frequency reference — •Oliver Fartmann1, Conrad L. We report on the status of our optical frequency reference based on Ramsey-Bordé interferometry. We utilize the 1S0 → 3P1 intercombination line at 689 nm in a thermal atomic strontium beam.
We will give an overview on the system architecture and present first results of the compact high flux atomic oven, the cavity stabilized laser system as well as the atom interferometer package.
