Twin-lattice atom interferometers promise high-sensitivity rotation measurements. Our objective is to create a transportable multi-axis gyroscope.

This poster will present the technique of a multi-loop atom interferometer scheme that combines large momentum transfer with the possibility to increase the available free fall time. The focus is on the ongoing progress in the construction of the sensor head using BECs of 87Rb atoms. The associated schematic and the realisation of the necessary laser system for cooling and manipulation are also highlighted.
