High-precision data from photon-induced fission experiments provides strong motivation for developing a thorough description of the nuclear fission process. Mass, total kinetic energy and polar as well as azimuthal angular distributions of fission fragments can be simultaneously measured using a position-sensitive twin Frisch-grid ionization chamber. This contribution presents the current status of data analysis of a 234U(γ,f) experimental run conducted at the High-Intensity γ-Ray Source (HIγS) facility using several quasi-monochromatic and nearly 100 % linearly polarized photon beams between 6.2 and 13 MeV.
