News from the beating heart of the Standard Model: Precision Higgs boson measurements and DiHiggs searches — •Karsten Köneke — Albert Ludwigs Universität Freiburg

At the beating heart of the Standard Model of particle physics lies the Higgs boson. It is not just another elementary particle, rather it is special in many ways, starting with its spin-0 nature. It relates to masses of the gauge bosons, fermions, and itself. Possible CP mixing in its couplings may be present. It connects to the naturalness problem, the vacuum stability, as well as the whole flavor structure. I will review the most recent results on Higgs boson measurement from the ATLAS and CMS collaborations, as well as report on their searches for the production of two Higgs bosons.
