All registered participants are kindly invited. Snacks and drinks will be served. “Vieraloa” (Bavarian Brass Music) will entertain you with music. Register in the conference office (15:00 to 19:00) for the conference before the Welcome Evening as well as the official beginning of the conference. When registering for the conference you will receive your badge and food and drink vouchers (you will find these in the conference bag!) for the Welcome Evening.
