Neutron-rich Mn isotopes up to A=69 have been identified at CERN-ISOLDE using Z-selective laser ionization. Delayed-neutron and γ-ray spectra have been collected. The short half-lives reflect the strong νf_5/2 to πf_7/2 GT-transitions dominating their β-decay. The 2⁺-level systematics of the ee-Fe daughters indicates the onset of collectivity already near N=40. ^∗ work supported by BMBF (06MZ476) and DFG (436RUS/17/40/97)
