Skalenverhalten und Koh"arenz in schwach gekoppelten Luttinger-Fl"ussigkeiten — •Enrico Arrigoni1, Sylvain Capponi2, and Didier Poilblanc21Institut für Theoretische Physik Universität Würzburg, D-97074 Würzburg — 2Laboratoire de Physique Quantique and Unité Mixte de Recherche 5626 CNRS, Université Paul Sabatier, 31062 Toulouse, France

The problem of Luttinger chains coupled by a weak single-particle hopping t[1] is studied by means of a diagrammatic expansion in powers of t and by exact diagonalization. The expectation value of the interchain hopping and the warping of the Fermi surface show a power-law behavior whose exponent can be calculated at all order in the expansion as a function of the Luttinger exponent α [2]. A numerical analysis is in a very good accordance with the expressions for the exponents obtained in this way further showing that finite-size effects can be very well described in terms of an α-dependent universal scaling function [3]. We analyze the effects on these exponents of the particle-hole-hopping regime occurring for α greater than a certain critical value.
